1 - In which countries can I buy from Punt Roma Online? Are there different sites in Punt Roma Online?

At the moment, Punt Roma Online is only available in Spain (the Spanish mainland and the Balearic Islands, excluding the Canary Islands), Portugal (except islands), France (excluding islands), Italy (except islands), Germany, Austria and Luxembourg.
The only official Punt Roma website is: https://www.puntroma.com

2 - Can the country of delivery be different from the country of purchase?

The country of delivery must be the same as the country of purchase.

3 – How can I pay for my purchases on Punt Roma Online?

You can pay for your purchases online using Visa, Visa Electron, Euro 6000 or MasterCard, gift voucher or purchase voucher.

4 - How can I be sure that my order has been received?

Once you have placed the order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don’t receive the confirmation, or you notice an error, please contact our Customer Service Department (clientes@puntroma.com).

5 - Can I find out the status of my order?

Yes, if you have registered your purchase, you can see and track the status of your order in real time via 'My account' in the 'My orders' section. If your purchase hasn’t been registered and therefore the Online account is not available, please contact the Customer Service Department (clientes@puntroma.com) who will inform you of the status of your order.

6 - How can I exchange or return an item bought from Punt Roma Online?

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to exchange an article or ask to return it, only through Punt Roma Online. For more information consult “Exchanges and returns”. 

7 - If I have created My Online account and don't remember the password, how can I retrieve it?

If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it in the Login section, from where you will receive an email with your new password.

8 - How can I receive occasional information by email on the news, offers and the latest information about Punt Roma?

You can subscribe to our Newsletter where you will receive all kinds of information related to Punt Roma.

9 - Are GIFT VOUCHERS available from PUNT ROMA ONLINE?

Punt Roma Online has Gift Vouchers available that can be purchased from the section of the same name. When purchasing a Gift Voucher, you can choose the amount: 50€, 80€, 120€, 150€, 200€ and 250€. These Gift Vouchers are only valid for purchases made from Punt Rome Online and only one voucher may be used per order.
