Delivery

You can select FREE delivery to any of our Punt Roma stores or choose delivery to your home. Available in Portugal except for the islands. Delivery costs and delivery times will vary depending on the type of delivery selected.

If you have chosen collection from one of our stores, we will send you an email to inform you that your order has arrived at the selected store. In the case of home delivery, you will receive an email informing you that your package has been delivered to the courier and that your package will be delivered within 72 hours (excluding non-working days).

* In periods of sales, promotions and special dates delivery may be longer than usual.

You can see the status of your order at any time in the My orders and in My account sections. If you are not registered with Punt Roma Online, you can contact our Customer Services department.

Exchanges and returns

A. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS OF AN ITEM PURCHASED AT PUNT ROMA ONLINE

If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased through our online store, you can do so within the maximum return or exchange period  that is 30 days from the date of purchase.

Any request for exchange or return must be carried through the same country or website as the original purchase ticket.

You can make the return:

A.1.- Physically in store (FREE)

You can contact any of our stores in Portugal (no islands). We cannot accept exchanges or refunds of items bought from the PUNT ROMA Outlet in our physical stores. Outlet and Online Exclusive items bought from Punt Roma Online can only be returned through Punt Roma Online.

For any exchange or return, the delivery note that was sent to you along with your order must be presented. Items must be in perfect condition, with their product labels intact, just as they were when they were sent to you.

Once the return request has been accepted, Punt Roma Online will refund the amount to the same card with which the purchase was made. This step will be performed within a period of 2-3 working days, although it can vary depending on the speed of the bank. If you do not wish to refund the amount to the card used at the time of purchase, we offer to issue you with a credit note for the shop, for the purchase amount and with no expiration date.

When returning one or more product(s) from an order where a promotion has been applied, this will be cancelled automatically or the return amount discounted if, with the return of the item/s, in our Stores or at puntroma.com,  the original purchase order fails to meet the necessary requirements for that particular promotion to have applied.

A.2.- Punt Roma Online

If you are registered, to make a return Online you must select the order by logging into "My account" or, if not registered, through the 'Exchanges and returns' section where you will need to enter the order information. Returned through Punt Roma Online is 3,95 euros.

To request a return of your package, you must indicate the items to be returned and your reasons for doing so along with the address from where you want the package collected. When the collection has been requested, our partner transport company will be collected.

It is essential that the package with items to be returned meets the following requirements:
  • Items to be returned must be in perfect condition, with their product label, and in the condition, you received them.
  • You must include the delivery note relating to the same order, highlighting the products to be returned, and also indicating the reasons for the return. If you have lost the delivery note you can print it again by logging into My Account or by contacting the Punt Roma Customer Services department.
  • Packaged items must be returned, if possible, in its original packaging, including the delivery note and with the package securely closed. Punt Roma is not responsible for the package or its contents if it is not in optimum condition for delivery. The transport company is free not to accept the package if it is considered that the package doesn’t meet the requirements to ensure the delivery.
  • Once we receive your package, we will verify the status of the returned items and will process the return of those items that meet the specified requirements.
  • Punt Roma does not accept returns by post, unpaid, or cash-on-delivery shipments or any additional expense arising from such processes.

Once the return request is accepted, Punt Roma Online will pay the amount of the refund on the same card as the purchase. This will take place within an estimated period of 2 to 3 business days, although it can vary depending on the speed of the bank.

A change in size of the same item and color can be ordered when requesting the return. This change of size will only be accepted if after the reception of the return there is available stock of the requested new size. This new item will be sent to the address of the original purchase order requested by the client, without any additional transportation cost.

When returning one or more product(s) from an order where a promotion has been applied, this will be cancelled automatically or the return amount discounted if, with the return of the item/s,  in our Stores or at puntroma.com,  the original purchase order fails to meet the necessary requirements for that particular promotion to have applied.

The promotion is only applicable for size exchanges. It is not valid for model or colour exchanges.

B. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS OF AN ITEM PURCHASED IN A PUNT ROMA PHYSICAL SHOP

If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased in our physical stores, you can do so within the maximum period of return or exchange that is 30 days from the date of purchase, only in physical stores PUNT ROMA (No Outlets). Returns of an item purchased in a physical store are in voucher.

Any request for exchange or return must be carried through the same country or website as the original purchase ticket.

To make any exchange or return it is essential to present the purchase ticket. The garments must be in perfect condition, with their product label, as they were purchased.

When returning one or more products(s) of a purchase in which a promotion has been applied, this will be automatically cancelled or the amount of the return will be deducted if, with the return of the article/s,  in our stores or in puntroma.com,  the original purchase order does not meet the requirements for that particular promotion to have been applied.

The promotion is only applicable for size exchanges. It is not valid for model or colour exchanges.
