PUNT ROMA SL (hereinafter also the provider), as the party in charge of the website, makes this document available to users that regulates the use of the website www.puntroma.com, via which we aim to comply with the obligations set out in the Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce Act 34/2002 (LSSICE or LSSI), as well as informing all users of the website of the website usage conditions.

Via the website, PUNT ROMA SL provides users access to and use of different services and contents available through the website.

Everybody who accesses this website takes on the role of user (hereinafter the user or users) and this involves total acceptance with no reservations of each and every one of the provisions included in this legal notice, as well as any other legal provisions that may be applicable.
