Delivery will always be at home. Available in Germany.

You will receive an email informing you that your package has been delivered to the courier and that your package will be delivered within 5 - 7 working days.
* In periods of sales, promotions and special dates delivery may be longer than usual.* For the delivery time period, it will be followed the Spain holidays calendar.

Exchanges and returns
If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased through our online store, you can do so within the maximum return or exchange period that is 30 days from the date of purchase.
Any request for exchange or return must be carried through the same country or website as the original purchase ticket.
The product can be returned in Punt Roma Online:
To return an item purchased online, it is necessary to select the order, if you have registered, go to 'my account' or, if you are not registered, to the section 'Changes and returns', in which it is necessary to enter the details of the order. The cost of the return is 8,50 euros.
To ask for the return of the package, it is necessary to indicate the items that are to be returned and the reasons, as well as the desired address for withdrawing the item. When you ask for the withdrawal, the transport company will collect the package in the following few days.
It is essential that the package with items to be returned meets the following requirements:
• Items to be returned must be in perfect condition, with their labels, just as you received them.
• You should present or include the delivery slip attached to the order, indicating the products to be returned and also the reason for the return. If you have lost the delivery slip, you can reprint it on 'my account' or by contacting the Customer service of Punt Roma Online.
• Wrap up the items to be returned in the original package, add the delivery slip and seal it securely. Punt Roma Online is not responsible for the package or its contents if it is not in excellent condition for the delivery. The transport company is free not to accept the package if it believes the requirements for guaranteeing the delivery have not been met.
• As soon as we receive the package, we shall check the condition of the returned items and will proceed to accept the return of the items that meet the specified requirements.
• Punt Roma does not accept returns by post, unpaid, or cash-on-delivery shipments or any additional expense arising from such processes.
Once the return request is accepted, Punt Roma Online will pay the amount of the refund on the same card as the purchase. This will take place within an estimated period of 2 to 3 weekdays, although it can vary depending on the speed of the bank.
A change in size of the same item and color can be ordered when requesting the return. This change of size will only be accepted if after the reception of the return there is available stock of the requested new size. This new item will be sent to the address of the original purchase order requested by the client, without any additional transportation cost.
When returning one or more product(s) from an order where a promotion has been applied, this will be cancelled automatically or the return amount discounted if, with the return of the item/s, the original purchase order fails to meet the necessary requirements for that particular promotion to have applied.
The promotion is only applicable for size exchanges. It is not valid for model or colour exchanges.
