CHANGES AND RETURNS |
The customer can change or return an article purchased in any Punt Roma shops in the same country, as long as presenting the receipt and if the garment is in the same conditions in which it was acquired. The amount of the refund will be done by means of a voucher, with no expiry date.
Except for the Canary Islands, where changes and refunds can only be done in PUNT ROMA shops in Canaries. |
